With a practical and client-first approach, Moe focuses on helping individuals and families navigate legal matters in family law, real estate, and wills and estates. Known for clear communication and attention to detail, he makes even complex legal issues easy to understand, an essential quality when guiding clients through important life decisions.
Moe values the law as a problem-solving tool and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, following sports, and staying engaged with politics and current events.

Barrister & Solicitor | Family Law
Amalle Haymour holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015. Her practice focuses on family law, with additional experience in real estate and wills and estates.
Known for her strong analytical skills and natural ability to connect with people, Amalle brings both clarity and compassion to her legal work. She is committed to guiding clients through complex legal processes while helping them feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Outside of her legal career, Amalle is also a successful business owner. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends.

Mustafiz Rahman is a Barrister and Solicitor with a strong commitment to providing effective, client-focused legal services. He holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
Mustafiz has experience across multiple areas of practice, including real estate, corporate law, and immigration. His background includes courtroom advocacy, legal drafting, and supporting business owners with incorporation, trademarks, and copyright matters. Known for his attention to detail and client service, Mustafiz is dedicated to delivering practical solutions with professionalism and care.

Yassin joined an Alberta law office in September 2024 as an Articling Student. Yassin earned his Juris Doctor with Honours in 2023 and is actively involved in a range of legal matters, gaining comprehensive experience in family law, immigration law, wills, and real estate law.
Yassin previously practiced as legal counsel in Egypt, specializing in civil, family, and commercial law. In Canada, Yassin has gained experience through shadowing, completing legal training, and is presently articling.
Yassin holds a Bachelor of Philosophy from the University of Mansoura (2002), a Bachelor of Law from the University of Alexandria (2011) with a focus on civil and Islamic law, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Essex, England (2023). Yassin became NCA-qualified in 2024 and is currently completing the CPLED Practice Readiness Education Program (PREP) in Alberta.
Outside of law, Yassin enjoys spending time with family in Egypt and the United States, discovering new cultures, exploring diverse cuisines, and staying active through hiking, swimming, and taekwondo.

Nichole is our office family legal assistant , where she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s legal operations with efficiency, precision, and care. She assists in preparing legal documents, managing case files, coordinating schedules, and facilitating clear and timely communication between clients, lawyers, and outside parties.
After earning her diploma in Paralegal Studies in 2022, Nichole transitioned into the legal profession following many years devoted to raising her family. This experience instilled in her a deep sense of empathy, resilience, and a strong commitment to helping others—particularly families navigating legal challenges. Her personal journey informs her professional approach, allowing her to connect with clients in a way that is both compassionate and solution-oriented.
As a dedicated member of the legal team, Nichole is committed to making clients feel informed, respected, and cared for throughout every step of their legal process.

With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, Cathryn Linder is a highly skilled and dedicated legal assistant in various areas of the law but specializing in Real Estate and Family Law, Known for her efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, Cathryn plays an integral role in supporting both clients and legal teams throughout complex legal processes.
Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of legal procedures and documentation, allowing her to complete tasks quickly without compromising on accuracy or professionalism. Her extensive knowledge and approachable nature have made her a trusted mentor to newly hired legal assistants and junior lawyers, helping them confidently navigate the early stages of their legal careers.
Outside the office, Cathryn enjoys a full and active life with her loving husband. She is a proud mother of four daughters and a devoted grandmother to three grandchildren. A lover of the outdoors, she spends much of her free time gardening, camping, and hiking. She is also a talented painter, and enjoys crocheting and quilting as creative outlets.
